S’mores Twice Baked
A campfire classic, elevated. Our sourdough croissant is filled with toasted vanilla syrup, graham frangipane, and Hershey’s™ , then topped with a cloud of toasted marshmallow.

Blackberry “Eton Mess” Croissant
Inspired by the beloved British dessert, this sourdough croissant is filled with blackberry jam, vanilla diplomat cream, crunchy vanilla meringue, and fresh blackberries. All the textures and flavors of Eton Mess—no spoon required.

Sour Cherry & Cream Cheese Swirl
A tart-sweet swirl of sour cherry spread and cream cheese in our signature croissant dough, finished with tart cherry sugar, cherry icing, and fresh cherries.

Mortadella Croissant Swirl
Yes, it’s a two-swirl kind of day! This one’s layered with Calabrian chile spread, sliced mortadella, whipped ricotta, a drizzle of honey, and topped with pistachio lemon gremolata. Salty, spicy, bright, and rich—this one does the most.

Strawberry Yuzu Donut
A raised donut glazed with a vibrant strawberry yuzu icing and topped with fresh strawberries. Tart, sweet, and sunshine-y.

Frosted Sugar Cookie
Alex’s nostalgic favorite. A super soft sugar cookie topped with almond-scented buttercream and a shower of colorful sprinkles. Sometimes simple is just right.


CROISSANT CLASSICS

Ham & Cheese Croissant (available as singles or 4-packs)
Our sourdough croissant is filled with savory ham, melty gruyere, and a touch of Dijon, then topped with everything bagel seasoning for a flavorful, toasty finish. Contains sesame seeds.

Pain Au Chocolat (available as singles or 4-packs)
Our take on the French favorite—layers of buttery sourdough croissant wrapped around rich dark chocolate. Simple, timeless, and deeply satisfying.

House Sourdough Croissant (available as singles or 4-packs)
Flaky, buttery, and wonderfully layered. Made with our signature sourdough for a balanced tang and perfect chew. The kind of croissant you remember.

Caramel Morning Bun (singles only)
A warm hug of a pastry. This soft, enriched dough is rolled in cinnamon sugar, baked with salted caramel, and topped with brown butter icing. Gooey, golden, and gloriously sticky.

SANDWICHES & Sides

The Delicatessen Sandwich
Pulled chicken or smoked tofu layered with muenster cheese, peppery arugula, juicy golden raisins, and toasted almonds, finished with garlic aioli and a zesty garlic-scallion dressing on fresh house-made focaccia. Savory, sweet, and balanced, perfect for a hot summer day!

The Cool Down: Melon Salad
Stay chill with juicy watermelon and cantaloupe tossed in mint, lime, sea salt, honey, and a drizzle of olive oil. Bright, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet.


PROVISIONS

Sourdough English Muffins
Four light and fluffy sourdough English muffins made fresh weekly in small batches, cooked in clarified butter. Refrigerate or freeze individually for later use.

SAUCES AND SPREADS

Hot Sauces
Chile Verde (mild), Habanero (medium), Cranberry Habanero (medium hot), or Reaper (hot hot!)

Chili Crisp
A crunchy combo of garlic, sea salt, onion, sesame seed, and oil, for use on anything you might add hot sauce to, like pizza, rice bowls, soups, mac and cheese, or avocado toast.

Whipped Brown Butter
Seasoned and slightly sweetened with a nutty flavor to spread on your English muffins, pancakes, toast, or quick breads.

Strawberry Key Lime Jam
A small batch blend featuring seasonal fruits. Made fresh weekly with no preservatives, just the good stuff! Refrigerate.


Pre-order will open Tuesday at 12noon.

Guarantee your menu favorites by ordering ahead. Pick up any time during the pop-up with the first name on the order. 

Pre-ordering closes 3am the day of the pop-up. Remaining quantities after the pre-sale will be available for walk-ups. Come early if you do not have a pre-order!
