Our golden sourdough croissant overflows with layers of honeyed indulgence: silky honey caramel, Honeycrisp apple filling, and a cloud of honey-kissed and Honeycrisp apple whipped cream. Crowned with crunchy honeycomb candy, Pooh bear would definitely feel a rumbly in his tumbly for this one.

Grilled Sweet Corn Pound Cake Twice Baked
One of last year’s favorite provisions reimagined as a decadent twice-baked croissant. Our sourdough croissant is soaked in sweet corn syrup and layered with grilled sweet corn pound cake, topped with fresh kernels, and nutty brown butter buttercream. Because summer isn’t over yet!!

Strawberry Cream Cheese Pretzel Pie Pain Suisse
A Midwestern mom’s potluck dessert, transformed into pure pastry magic. Buttery croissant dough wrapped around tangy cream cheese pastry cream, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy malted pretzel crumble. A little salty, a little sweet, and perfectly playful.

BLT Danish
Back for its final weekend! A flaky croissant layered with silky lettuce cream (trust us on this one), savory sweet bacon jam, and juicy heirloom tomatoes, finished with olive oil and sea salt. 

Peanut Butter & Jelly Cookie Sandwich
Because Concord grape season waits for no one. Two chewy peanut butter oatmeal cookies sandwich a swirl of peanut butter buttercream and jam made with juicy strawberries and tart Concord grapes—Chef Alex is a sucker for these!

The Hatch-back
Stacked high on pillowy focaccia, this sandwich layers smoky country ham and prosciutto with a luscious peach jam, tangy cheese spread, and a kick of pickled Hatch chile. Fresh mixed greens bring the crunch.

Vegetarian option: grilled summer squash and braised collard greens for a hearty, garden-fresh twist.

Sourdough English Muffins
Four light and fluffy sourdough English muffins made fresh weekly in small batches, cooked in clarified butter. Refrigerate or freeze individually for later use.

Four light and fluffy sourdough English muffins with in-season hatch chiles, made fresh weekly in small batches, cooked in clarified butter. Refrigerate or freeze individually for later use.

SAUCES AND SPREADS

Hot Sauces
Chile Verde (mild), Habanero (medium), Cranberry Habanero (medium hot)

Chili Crisp
A crunchy combo of garlic, sea salt, onion, sesame seed, and oil, for use on anything you might add hot sauce to like pizza, rice bowls, soups, mac and cheese, or avocado toast.

Whipped Brown Butter
Seasoned and slightly sweetened with a nutty flavor to spread on your English muffins, pancakes, toast, or quick breads.

Strawberry Concord Grape Jam
A small batch blend featuring seasonal fruits. Made fresh weekly with no preservatives, just the good stuff! Refrigerate.


Pre-order

Guarantee your menu favorites by ordering ahead. Pick up any time during the pop-up with the first name on the order. Pre-ordering closes 3am the day of the pop-up. We will have one line for all pickup and walk-up orders, as a majority of our guests have pre-orders, and often add on to their order anyways.

Walk-ups

Remaining quantities after the pre-sale will be available for walk-ups, and not all menu items may be available for walk-ups if they sell out during pre-sale. Come early if you do not have a pre-order!
