The Hunny Pot Croissant

Grilled Sweet Corn Pound Cake Twice-Baked
One of last year’s favorite provisions reimagined as a decadent twice-baked croissant. Our sourdough croissant is soaked in sweet corn syrup and layered with grilled sweet corn pound cake, topped with fresh kernels, and nutty brown butter buttercream. Because summer isn’t over yet!!
BLT Danish
Okay one more time – we had a lot of people beg us to bring this one back again! A flaky croissant layered with silky lettuce cream (trust us on this one), savory sweet bacon jam, and juicy heirloom tomatoes, finished with olive oil and sea salt.
Peach Cobbler Danish
Flaky sourdough croissant meets cozy cobbler cake and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, topped with juicy Colorado peaches and a swirl of salted peach whipped cream. A taste of summer baked into every layer.
Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Roll
Soft enriched dough rolled with brown sugar, pumpkin, and warming pumpkin pie spice, baked golden and draped in caramel with a rich cream cheese buttercream. Fall comfort at its sweetest.
Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
A brown butter classic made new—chewy with toasted oats and studded with plump golden and black raisins for a deep, cozy sweetness in every bite.

The Hatch-back Sandwich
Stacked high on pillowy focaccia, this sandwich layers smoky country ham and prosciutto with a luscious peach jam, tangy cheese spread, and a kick of pickled Hatch chile. Fresh mixed greens bring the crunch.
Vegetarian option: grilled summer squash and braised collard greens for a hearty, garden-fresh twist.

SAUCES AND SPREADS
Hot Sauces
Chile Verde (mild), Habanero (medium), Cranberry Habanero (medium hot)
Chili Crisp
A crunchy combo of garlic, sea salt, onion, sesame seed, and oil, for use on anything you might add hot sauce to like pizza, rice bowls, soups, mac and cheese, or avocado toast.
Whipped Brown Butter
Seasoned and slightly sweetened with a nutty flavor to spread on your English muffins, pancakes, toast, or quick breads.
Strawberry Peach Jam
A small batch blend featuring seasonal fruits. Made fresh weekly with no preservatives, just the good stuff! Refrigerate.
Pre-order
Guarantee your menu favorites by ordering ahead. Pick up any time during the pop-up with the first name on the order. Pre-ordering closes 3am the day of the pop-up. We will have one line for all pickup and walk-up orders, as a majority of our guests have pre-orders, and often add on to their order anyways.
Walk-ups
Remaining quantities after the pre-sale will be available for walk-ups, and not all menu items may be available for walk-ups if they sell out during pre-sale. Come early if you do not have a pre-order!
