This weekend we help send off one of our most beloved pop-up locations, Wild Grind Coffee and Wild Mind Ales, before they officially close their doors. They have meant SO much to our business, giving us a home to set up shop for over 40 pop-ups, spanning multiple holiday weekends, through rain and shine. The staff is so kind, they even play our favorite music when we come. We can't thank them enough!!!

COLLAB: Twilight Zone Cheesecake Croissant
We couldn’t say goodbye to Wild Grind without honoring one of their most beloved drinks, The Twilight Zone. This sourdough croissant is filled with pear pie filling and coffee cheesecake infused with WG’s house Twilight Zone latte syrup, where rosemary, thyme, and pear ground the coffee notes and pair beautifully with the croissant’s tart, salty richness. Finished with a poached pear glazed in the same syrup, this croissant will be available just once—making it the sweetest send-off to Wild Grind.
Banana Chocolate Chip Pancake Pain Suisse
Croissant meets breakfast: banana pastry cream, chocolate chips, fluffy pancakes, maple buttercream, and caramelized banana. A HUGE hit last week, and one of our personal favorite new items, this croissant WILL have you singing the Jack Johnson tune the entire day.
Loaded Baked Potato Danish
In a similar format to the BLT croissant, we bring you the loaded baked potato danish. This sourdough croissant is filled with our popular bacon jam, cheddar cheese sour cream, finely shredded broccoli florets and thick sliced russet potatoes. It is baked to perfection and finished with olive oil, LOTS o’ chives, and fleur del sel for a perfect salty finish.
Thomcord Grape and Blackberry Nest
The end of summer and the beginning of harvest season join together in this croissant where we bake a sourdough croissant with brown butter custard and top it with blackberry Thomcord grape whipped cream. It’s finished with a heap of fresh blackberries and roasted Thomcord grapes, orange oil, and salt. Thomcord grapes and blackberries are Alex’s favorite fruits, so this croissant is made by her, for her, with love.
The Big Fig
Bringing this bad boy back for some of our longest standing regulars (yes, we love a recommendation!) We begin this dessert with buttery spiced shortbread filled with raspberry fig jam. It is finished with honey glazed fresh figs, fresh raspberries, and a classic Dahlia vanilla whipped cream squiggle
Apple Pie Snickerdoodle
An OG original Dahlia menu item, created originally for Sarah because she loves anything apple. It makes an appearance every fall and captures everything we love about apple pie in a simple hand held cookie. Our classic snickerdoodle is baked with a heaping spoonful of honeycrisp apple pie filling and cinnamon oatmeal streusel on top.

Toasty focaccia layered with roasted garlic cream cheese, ribbons of roasted butternut squash, arugula, and red onion, finished with a drizzle of chili crisp honey vinaigrette. Choose it classic with smoky bacon—or cozy vegetarian with braised red beets.

Chile Verde (mild), Habanero (medium), Cranberry Habanero (medium hot), or Reaper (hot hot!)
Chili Crisp
A crunchy combo of garlic, sea salt, onion, sesame seed, and oil, for use on anything you might add hot sauce to like pizza, rice bowls, soups, mac and cheese, or avocado toast.
Whipped Brown Butter
Seasoned and slightly sweetened with a nutty flavor to spread on your English muffins, pancakes, toast, or quick breads.
Chai Apple Butter (jam)
A switch up from our usual jam to bring you one of chef Alex's favorite fall things, apple butter. She’s adding a little flair with some chai spices to really bring home that fall comfort in a jar. Please keep it refrigerated.
Pre-order
Guarantee your menu favorites by ordering ahead. Pick up any time during the pop-up with the first name on the order. Pre-ordering closes 3am the day of the pop-up. We will have one line for all pickup and walk-up orders, as a majority of our guests have pre-orders, and often add on to their order anyways.
Walk-ups
Remaining quantities after the pre-sale will be available for walk-ups, and not all menu items may be available for walk-ups if they sell out during pre-sale. Come early if you do not have a pre-order!
