PASTRIES

Strawberry Matcha Croissant
Our flaky sourdough croissant layered with strawberry jam, matcha-whipped cream, a dusting of strawberry sugar and matcha, finished with fresh berries.

Ube Hazelnut Latte Paris Brest
A favorite pastry form of the Dahlia Fan Club starts with ube pate au choux, baked with hazelnut craquelin, cut in half and filled with a hazelnut praline and coffee and ube whipped cream swirl. Topped with candied hazelnuts for that perfect added crunch.

Miso Blondie Bundle
A bundle’ll do ya. This shape is getting a lot of love so we’re making more of them, this time with a sweet and savory miso blondie. It’s a sourdough croissant wrapped around brown butter miso blondie, filled with miso caramel.

French Onion Danish *contains beef
It’s soup season! Our sourdough croissant is topped with hearty French onion puree and a slice of gruyere cheese. We then top it with a caramelized onion slice and bake it to golden and bubbly goodness. Lastly, we top it with olive oil and chives for a savory, comforting good time.

Pandan Coconut Twice-Baked
A match made in heaven. Sourdough croissant, pandan syrup, pandan cake with toasted coconut, coconut chips, pandan sugar. It’s crunchy, green, vanilla-y, and nutty. 

Halloween Candy Monster Cookie
It’s a tradition in these parts to make a BIG monster cookie of clearance candy because why not? Peanut butter monster cookie, clearance Halloween candy.

Ham and Cheese Croissant (singles or 4-packs)
sourdough croissant filled with ham, gruyere, and dijon, topped with everything bagel seasoning *contains sesame seeds*

Flannel Season
Cozy up with layers of flavor: soft house-made focaccia stacked with roasted garlic cream cheese, caramelized ribbons of butternut squash, and a drizzle of chili crisp honey vinaigrette. Finished with fresh arugula and a touch of red onion for balance — with your choice of smoky bacon or our vegetarian twist featuring braised red beets.

PROVISIONS

Plain OR Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough English Muffins
Four light and fluffy sourdough English muffins made fresh weekly in small batches, cooked in clarified butter. Refrigerate or freeze individually for later use.

Caramel Pumpkin Coffee Cake
A loaf of our caramel pumpkin coffee cake with cream cheese filling, pumpkin spice streusel, and caramel glaze. Feeds 4-6 people.

SAUCES AND SPREADS

Hot Sauces
Chile Verde (mild), Habanero (medium), Cranberry Habanero (medium hot), or Reaper (hot hot!)

Chili Crisp
A crunchy combo of garlic, sea salt, onion, sesame seed, and oil, for use on anything you might add hot sauce to like pizza, rice bowls, soups, mac and cheese, or avocado toast.

Whipped Brown Butter
Seasoned and slightly sweetened with a nutty flavor to spread on your English muffins, pancakes, toast, or quick breads.

Chai Pear Butter
A small batch blend featuring seasonal fruits. Made fresh weekly with no preservatives, just the good stuff! Refrigerate.


Pre-order

Guarantee your menu favorites by ordering ahead. Pick up any time during the pop-up with the first name on the order. Pre-ordering closes 3am the day of the pop-up. We will have one line for all pickup and walk-up orders, as a majority of our guests have pre-orders, and often add on to their order anyways.

Walk-ups

Remaining quantities after the pre-sale will be available for walk-ups, and not all menu items may be available for walk-ups if they sell out during pre-sale. Come early if you do not have a pre-order!
