A Pop-up Bakery in Minneapolis
Find us setting up shop at coffee houses, breweries, and fellow restaurants around the Twin Cities. We host these pop-ups once or twice a week serving pastries, sandwiches, and provisions. Pre-ordering opens weekly on Wednesdays at 12noon for pickup the following weekend. Leftover quantities are available for walk-up sales. We are opening a brick-and-mortar space in 2026, and November will be the end of our pop-up era!
