At Dahlia, we make everything in-house — the breads, the spreads, the fillings, the garnishes, even the syrups in your latte. Good food takes time, and a lot of what you'll find in our case was started days before you walked in. Our goal is to sell out of pastries to avoid food waste, so come early if something specific caught your eye. We’re confident we’ll have something delicious for you no matter what!

We're also a non-tipping establishment. Our prices are set to support fair wages for our whole team and to feature high-quality ingredients, so you can close out your tab without the guesswork.
