No tips, just fair wages
In order to recognize the hard work of both our FOH and BOH staff equally, we have adjusted our prices to include our tipping percentage average from the last three years of being in business. This allows us to have more predictable revenue to cover payroll. This also means you will no longer see a tip screen at checkout.
As life-long BOH workers, we've seen the discrepancy in wages when tips are only distributed among customer-facing employees, and we are prioritizing what we see as a fairer compensation package for our whole team.
