Sourdough croissant rolled up with our favorite SDC dumpling flavor, La Chang sausage, topped with maple chili crisp, housemade Chinese giardiniera, and a scatter of fresh scallions. Sweet heat meets savory crunch.
PASTRIES
Mango Sago Croissant
Flaky sourdough layers filled with mango crème and coconut tapioca pudding, finished with toasted coconut sugar and fresh mango. A soft, fragrant nod to the classic dessert.
Black Sesame Brownie Bundle
Our croissant dough is latticed to create a textural difference when you are eating the croissant, making for a crispier outside but the same soft and flaky croissant center. We weave these pieces together and tuck in a black sesame brownie for a fudgy, nutty, flaky pastry.
Croissant Hong Kong Egg Tart

Caramel Morning Bun (singles only)

Pre-ordering closes 3am the day of the pop-up. Remaining quantities after the pre-sale will be available for walk-ups. Come early if you do not have a pre-order!
