Dahlia began as a pop-up bakery, and after years of baking, building the brand, and honing our craft, we’re getting ready to open our first permanent shop in January 2026. This means we’re hiring our very first team as Dahlia, a milestone we’re incredibly excited about. While this is our first time hiring under the Dahlia name, we bring years of experience managing teams, kitchens, and day-to-day operations, and we’re committed to building a workplace that’s supportive, organized, and collaborative from day one.

We’re aiming to have all positions filled before the new year, with training beginning in mid-January. Dahlia will be a non-tipping establishment, with wages set to reflect that model.
