Raspberry Sunshine Croissant
Dive into this pool of sunshine in croissant form with our housemade sourdough croissant, a bright and citrusy lemon chiffon cake, tart raspberry compote, dreamy whipped mascarpone creme, lemon curd, and fresh raspberries. This croissant is best enjoyed with the sun on your face (SPF recommended) and wind in your hair.

S’mores Twice Baked
Buttery sourdough croissant soaked in toasted vanilla syrup, filled with graham frangipane and classic Hershey’s™ chocolate, topped with a cloud of toasted marshmallow. All the campfire flavor—no smoke required.

Blackberry Almond “French Toast” Twist
Alex’s childhood-famous French toast gets a grown-up upgrade: a sourdough croissant tossed in cinnamon sugar, topped with brown butter almond frangipane and stewed blackberries, then baked and finished with a maple drizzle.

Cheesy Corn Bear Claw 
A savory twist on a croissant classic: jalapeño, smoky bacon, and ham folded with sweet corn and melty mozzarella inside our flaky sourdough croissant. Finished with a sprinkle of sea salt for the perfect bite.

Lemonade Snickerdoodle 
A sunny twist on a classic: our soft and chewy snickerdoodle rolled in zesty lemonade sugar and filled with bright, tart lemon curd. It's sweet, citrusy, and made for summer.

CROISSANT CLASSICS

Ham & Cheese Croissant (available as singles or 4-packs)
Our sourdough croissant is filled with savory ham, melty gruyere, and a touch of Dijon, then topped with everything bagel seasoning for a flavorful, toasty finish. Contains sesame seeds.

Pain Au Chocolat (available as singles or 4-packs)
Our take on the French favorite—layers of buttery sourdough croissant wrapped around rich dark chocolate. Simple, timeless, and deeply satisfying.

House Sourdough Croissant (available as singles or 4-packs)
Flaky, buttery, and wonderfully layered. Made with our signature sourdough for a balanced flavor and perfect chew. The kind of croissant you remember.

Caramel Morning Bun (singles only)
A warm hug of a pastry. This soft, enriched dough is rolled in cinnamon sugar, baked with salted caramel, and topped with brown butter icing. Gooey, golden, and gloriously sticky

PROVISIONS

Sourdough English Muffins
Four light and fluffy sourdough English muffins made fresh weekly in small batches, cooked in clarified butter. Refrigerate or freeze individually for later use.

SAUCES AND SPREADS

Hot Sauces
Chile Verde (mild), Habanero (medium), Cranberry Habanero (medium hot), or Reaper (hot hot!)

Chili Crisp
A crunchy combo of garlic, sea salt, onion, sesame seed, and oil, for use on anything you might add hot sauce to like pizza, rice bowls, soups, mac and cheese, or avocado toast.

Whipped Brown Butter
Seasoned and slightly sweetened with a nutty flavor to spread on your English muffins, pancakes, toast, or quick breads.

Cherry Raspberry Jam
A small batch blend featuring seasonal fruits. Made fresh weekly with no preservatives, just the good stuff! Refrigerate.


Pre-order

Guarantee your menu favorites by ordering ahead. Pick up any time during the pop-up with the first name on the order. 

Pre-ordering closes 3am the day of the pop-up. Remaining quantities after the pre-sale will be available for walk-ups. Come early if you do not have a pre-order!
