COLLAB: La Chang Croissant Swirl
Sourdough croissant rolled up with our favorite SDC dumpling flavor: La Chang sausage, topped with maple chili crisp, housemade Chinese giardiniera, and a scatter of fresh scallions. Sweet heat meets savory crunch.

COLLAB: Strawberry & Black Sesame Cheesecake Croissant
Flaky sourdough croissant filled with silky black sesame cheesecake and strawberry jam, finished with black sesame graham crumble and fresh strawberry slices. Rich, toasty, and bright, featuring SDC’s nutty black sesame butter.

COLLAB: Szechuan Potatoes & Cream Cheese Danish
Our croissant danish filled with SDC's slightly sweet Creamy Szechuan Dip and ultra savory dry pot potatoes. Topped with scallions and white sesame seeds for a bold brunch bite.

Mango Sago Filled Cruffin
A golden croissant-cruffin piped with mango crème and coconut tapioca pudding, rolled in toasted coconut sugar, and topped with juicy mango. Creamy, chewy, and tropical.

Miso Chocolate Chip Cookie
Chewy brown butter cookie with pockets of melty chocolate and a savory edge from umami-rich miso. Finished with sesame seeds and a sprinkle of sea salt.

CROISSANT CLASSICS

Ham & Cheese Croissant (available as singles or 4-packs)
Our sourdough croissant is filled with savory ham, melty gruyere, and a touch of Dijon, then topped with everything bagel seasoning for a flavorful, toasty finish. Contains sesame seeds.

Cream Cheese Danish (available as singles or 4-packs)
Our signature sourdough croissant filled with silky cream cheese and a rotating seasonal jam—always fresh, always changing. Sweet, savory, and buttery in every bite.

House Sourdough Croissant (available as singles or 4-packs)
Flaky, buttery, and wonderfully layered. Made with our signature sourdough for a balanced flavor and perfect chew. The kind of croissant you remember.

Caramel Morning Bun (singles only)
A warm hug of a pastry. This soft, enriched dough is rolled in cinnamon sugar, baked with salted caramel, and topped with brown butter icing. Gooey, golden, and gloriously sticky

PROVISIONS

Sourdough English Muffins (PLAIN or SCALLION)
Four light and fluffy sourdough English muffins made fresh weekly in small batches, cooked in clarified butter. Refrigerate or freeze individually for later use.

SAUCES AND SPREADS

Hot Sauces
Chile Verde (mild), Habanero (medium), Cranberry Habanero (medium hot), or Reaper (hot hot!)

Chili Crisp
A crunchy combo of garlic, sea salt, onion, sesame seed, and oil, for use on anything you might add hot sauce to like pizza, rice bowls, soups, mac and cheese, or avocado toast.

Whipped Brown Butter
Seasoned and slightly sweetened with a nutty flavor to spread on your English muffins, pancakes, toast, or quick breads.

Raspberry Toasted Vanilla Jam
A small batch blend featuring seasonal fruits. Made fresh weekly with no preservatives, just the good stuff! Refrigerate.


Pre-order

Guarantee your menu favorites by ordering ahead. Pick up any time during the pop-up with the first name on the order.  We have one line for everyone: your pre-order simply guarantees your menu selections.

Pre-ordering closes 3am the day of the pop-up. Remaining quantities after the pre-sale will be available for walk-ups. Come early if you do not have a pre-order!
